Top 10 WordPress Plugins for Bloggers and Marketers
By ShaneRQR
WordPress is one of the best and most popular platforms for building blogs and other kinds of websites with. One of the reasons so many people use WordPress is that it's very easily customizable and you can get all kinds of extensions and gadgets for it.
Here is my list of the top 10 best WordPress plugins of 2010 that every blogger and every online marketer should make use of:
- All in One SEO Pack
Great all-in-one solution for brushing up all the major search engine optimization factors on your WP site. This plugin takes care of URL Canonicalization, title, meta-description and meta-tags and much more. A must for every serious blogger. - TinyMCE Advanced
Adds many advanced text-editing features to WordPress. More importantly though, it can prevent WordPress from constantly stripping out double line breaks/double blank lines and white space in general! A godsend for anyone who cares about the layout. - Yet Another Related Posts Plugin
Automatically adds related posts to the end of each post on your WP site. This helps keep your readers interested and also automatically creates better on-page SEO by interlinking your posts. - WP-DBManager
Very powerful plugin for managing backups of your database and recovering the DB in case of a data loss. Nothing sucks more than losing all your hard work, so a backup solution like this one is a must. - Google XML Sitemaps
Automatically ads a Google optimized sitemap to your WP site. This is a great benefit in terms of SEO, as it help Google figure out where your new content is, what to crawl and how often to visit. - Akismet
Without it, your blog will drown in floods of spam comments. Enough said. - Pretty Link
Very cool plugin that sets up and tracks clicks to any links you like. It's made for "cloaking" affiliate links, but thanks to the click-tracking features, it has many other uses as well. Definitely belongs in the arsenal of any affiliate marketer. - CommentLuv
This plugin adds a link to the most recent post your commenters made on their blogs. It's a simple way of showing some appreciation for the comments, by adding a link. The plugin can potentially increase the amount of comments on your blog. - WP-Table Reloaded
I don't know about you, but I don't like fiddling with HTML tables. WP-Table Reloaded creates beautiful and feature-rich tables, all from a very easy-to-use interface. If you work with tables at all, don't miss out on this excellent plugin. - Broken Link Checker
The more content you have, the more links you have all across your pages. When one of the target sites gets taken down, that's annoying for your readers. Broken Link Checker automatically notifies you if one of your links stops working.

Thanks for your comment!
Yes, there's no social media stuff in there. I had to cut out quite a few good plugins because I wanted to keep the list down to just 10.
I hope some readers will share their favourites in the comments. :)

You just missed the plugin for social network IMO.
